1. Acceptance

By creating an account on VibeEdit Video ("the Service") you agree to these Terms.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to compositions, assets, and renders you create or upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and render your content on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to create or distribute:

• Material that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks.
• Content that impersonates real persons without consent.
• Sexual content involving minors, gore, hate speech, or harassment.
• Spam or material that violates third-party platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI output

The Service uses third-party AI models. Output is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before public use.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
